We slow roast pork butt with creole seasonings and then pull it and smother it ing a rich brown gravy. Best served over grits, roasted corn grits, pasta, or mashed potatoes. The grllades and grits both come in easy to heat boil bags. Just place them in a pot of water and boil for about 30 minutes.
