Bread Pudding is a classic New Orleans dessert, our version kicks it up a notch!  We begin with our freshly baked croissants, which gives it a rich buttery taste and light texture. Then we add the highest quility ingrediants like Swiss white chocolate, heavy cream, and egg yolks.  It's topped with a decadent whilte chocolate ganache, our White Chocolate Bread Pudding has been a Jazz Fest favorite since 1997!  To Ship WCBP
