Crawfish & pepper cheese filling wrapped around a fresh filo dough. Remove from packaging immidetly upon arrival to inspect. They should be partially forzen or frozen. You should take them out and place on the pan you are going to cook them on top of the supplied parchment paper. You can leave them in the fridge until ready to cook.
