Made from rich stock  or chicken, full of meat, sausage, and andoullie. It comes in a boil and serve bag. Just bring a pot of water to a boil and place the bag in the pot until hot. If it is frozen leave it on a simmer for aobut 30 min until it is thawed out compleatly then bring the water up to a boil. Use towles and tongs to remove the bag from the port. The best way to open it is make sure you dried it off and use a towel in one hand and lift it up by the top tail and cut it with sissors only about 2 inches, then grab it from the bottom with a towel and gentely pour it into a pot or container to serve. You cna garnish it at this point with green onions and parsely and hit it with some Louisiana hot sauce if you like. Serve with hot fluffy rice or potato salad.
